"Deeply miller…"

Located in a small valley perpendicular to the Marne in the village of Cuisles, the champagne house, since 1923 works an identity Meunier on a soil of green clays.

Spread mainly over 3 different villages, the vineyard is nevertheless located on the same hillside, exposed to the south. "We are doing everything we can to erase ourselves for the benefit of this grape variety and this unique terroir."

"Vignerons for 12 generations from father to son since 1629 and winemakers for 4 generations, we reflect every gesture to limit our impact on the environment. Nature is our tool, we must take care of it."

The vinifications are the least interventionist possible with clear objectives, pure, tense and natural millers.

2003: After a few years of training in different vineyards and at the CIVC's experimental winery, Cédric Moussé spends a lot of time experimenting in the vineyards of the family farm.

The desire to go very far in an ultra responsible production with deep durability is emerging very quickly.

In 2014, the challenge to stop synthetic pesticides completely was successful. The requirements have since been very clear: to produce better and clean.
