Stéphane Regnault, after various professional experiences between London and Paris, first an aerospace engineer and then a sommelier, returned in 2007 to the Côte des Blancs to manage the family estate.

After ten years of experience, reflection and testing, his first vintage is released in 2018, following the harvest of the family vineyards located in Oger and Mesnil.

Currently, the estate has about 4 hectares of ancient vineyards between 40 and 60 years old divided equally between Oger and Le Mesnil, where Stéphane has selected and identified 3 different places to make multi-vintage vintages of a single vineyard.

Stéphane, like other young and talented producers, decided to stop using herbicides and gradually convert to organic farming.

A jazz saxophonist, Stéphane dedicated the name of different musical modalities to each vintage, reminding him of the champagnes produced, about 7500 bottles per year. These vintages, intense and precise, represent very well the new generations of winemakers who respect the tradition while adding experiments and new techniques.
